In addition to the slicing machine and drying oven, the line is suitable for producing cake rusk. the drying oven can be designed with baking chamber is 2650mm, effective length is around 70m. 

 

Saimai's tunnel oven has an independent temperature control function in each zone to ensure the uniform color and moisture content of each product baked. Advanced software and recipe storage functions make it easy to switch between products, and a special-designed ribbon burner or heat exchange system improve efficiency.

 

We can design the customized production lines as per your space and output. The clean-in-place, no product, no filling option reduces downtime, product waste and operator intervention. Before delivery to the customer, Saimai also tests all the machines that leave the factory.
